Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher). You confirm this when you create an account. Fortress Charts is not meant for minors; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.
• You are responsible for making sure that using market data and analysis tools, and trading crypto or crypto derivatives, is allowed where you live.
• One account per person. Don't share your account with others.

What Fortress Charts is

A charting and market analysis tool. It shows market data from public exchange feeds and analysis built on that data, for information and education.

Not financial advice

Nothing on Fortress Charts is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell. Levels, heatmaps, scores and the analysis panel describe the chart. They are not instructions to trade and not a promise of any result.

Risk

• Trading crypto, and leveraged futures in particular, is very risky. You can lose all of your margin quickly.
• How a chart or pattern behaved before does not predict what it does next.
• Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and make your own decisions.

Data

• Market data comes from the public interfaces of Binance, Bybit and MEXC. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and it can stop without notice.
• The liquidation heatmap is an estimate from open interest and trade flow. Exchanges don't publish where positions would be liquidated, so the map can differ from reality.
• Fortress Charts is not affiliated with any exchange or with any product named on the website.

Your data

When you sign up we send one email to confirm your address, and reset emails when you ask for them. We store your email address, a scrambled form of your password (never the password itself) and the time you joined and last signed in, only to run your account. Drawings, layouts and settings stay in your own browser and are not sent to us. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Cookies and browser storage

• One essential cookie (fs_session) keeps you signed in. It can't be read by scripts on the page and it only goes to this site. Without it you couldn't stay signed in, so it can't be switched off.
• Your chart settings, drawings and layouts are saved in your browser's own storage (not a cookie). They never leave your device.
• No advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics that follow you around the web, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
• The app loads fonts from Google Fonts and coin logos from CoinGecko; those services receive your IP address like any website you visit. Live prices come straight from Binance, Bybit and MEXC to your browser.
• If the app is installed on your home screen, its own files are kept on your device so it opens quickly. Market data is never stored.

Your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we then delete your email and login data. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms (for example under 18, shared accounts, or attacks on the service).

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for losses or damages from using it or from relying on its data or analysis.
